The siding from the front of the building has been removed, and steel has been put up as the crew begins to prepare for the front addition, as well as the office addition on the north side. It shouldn't be long now till see see the structure going up and the building completely enclosed.
We hope to have a video tour of the inside work up sometime next week.

If you drove by the church today, you most likely noticed a large crane high above the tree line! The crane was there to place the spancrete is being put in place in the office wing addition on the north side of the building. The spancrete is the floor of the offices and the ceiling of the new lower level classroom space. Sounds like the cloor will be poured in the front addition in the next several days and we can expect walls going up in the next seceral weeks! So far so good with the timeline!
Spancrete being put in place with the assistance of the crane.

The finished Spancrete.

Here, you will see that the south side of the building has been excavated and a new door has been cut in (to the left of the already existing door)
